David Hackett Fischer is a University Professor and Earl Warren Professor of History at Brandeis University. Professor Fischer is a preeminent historian of American ideas will deliver a lecture for the International Security Studies Distinguished Speaker Series in National Identity and the Brady-Johnson Program in Grand Strategy on “OPEN SOCIETIES IN A TROUBLED WORLD: Strategic Choices for Our Time”.
